Event Coordination Package

Are you planning an event and need help with venue logistics or day-of-event support? My Virtual Tender Touch’s Event Coordination Package has the type of assistance you need to plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, or fundraisers.

Services provided but not limited to:

  • Researching and securing meeting venues

  • Event and or conference registrations

  • Planning and booking menu selection

  • Guest list / Invitations management

  • Arranging transportation

Project-based Package

Do you have large-scale projects like creating a database, or business card catalogs, that have been put off because of time? The Project-based Package concentrates on completing these one-time projects or, only a specific set of items, by an agreed-upon date.

​

Projects are billed based on an hourly rate. The estimated hours of completion will be discussed during the initial meeting. Half of the payment is required up-front, and the remaining balance is due upon completion.

​

If any underestimated amount of time is needed to complete your project, My Virtual Tender Touch reserves the right to notify you of such before any further work is done. 

​

Usable Hours Package

Are you interested in having a set number of hours available to you whenever you need them? With My Virtual Tender Touch’s Usable Hours Package, you can pay for a certain number of hours to use whenever you want. Just keep in mind that these hours expire 6 months from the purchase date and can't be renewed or rolled over. But don't worry, I'll keep track of the hours you use and give you the option to renew or extend once you've used them up.

The best part? You can lock in administrative services in advance with this package.

Monthly Retainer

If you ever need a helping hand on a periodic basis, I've got you covered with My Virtual Tender Touch's monthly retainer packages. These prepaid retainers can be used for any task(s) or project(s) you need assistance with. You'll be billed at the start of each month and any extra payment can be refunded. I'm here to make things easier for you!

Just complete the Contact Form at the bottom of the page and hit send so we can set up a time to talk either through email or video chat. After that, I'll send you a quote with no obligation to proceed.

 

When you're ready to move forward, we'll need to have a Discovery Call. This is important for us to get to know each other and understand your business better so I can provide the best possible support. During the call, we can also go over our work styles and how we can best work together. Once we've agreed on the details, we can set up a Virtual Assistant Agreement that outlines everything we've discussed. This will help us make sure we're on the same page and that we both know what to expect.

 

Before we get started with the Discovery Call, there's just a small non-refundable $15 admin fee that is due. You can use the PayPal button below to take care of that. Once received, we can set up our Discovery Call.
